When most of us think about cooling down on a hot day, we imagine sipping on a crisp, cold drink. Possibly even one with plenty of ice. If you enjoy tea, you will love these refreshing tea recipes for summer.
Hibiscus Tea

  • ¼ cup dried hibiscus
  • ¼ cup dried chamomile
  • 2 Tbsp dried rosehips
  • 1 Tbsp dried cinnamon chips

Blend all of the ingredients together in a ½ gallon jar. Cover with boiling water and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain and chill before drinking. You can also add some honey to sweeten things up. Store in the fridge.
Elderflower and lemon balm

  • 2 tsp dried elderflowers
  • 1 tsp dried lemon balm
  • 1 cup water

Place the herbs in a heat resistant container or mug and cover with boiling wate. Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey, strain, chill, and enjoy.
Raspberry and rose

  • 1 to 2 tsp dried red raspberry leaf
  • ½ to 1 tsp dried rose petals
  • 1 cup boiling water

Place the ingredients in a mug or heatproof container and allow to steep for about 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey if desired. Chill and enjoy!
