During the summer season, there is nothing more refreshing than a nutritious and delicious home-made fruit juice. In the colder winter months, home-made juices can help keep you healthy and fight off the unpleasant effects of a cold or flu. Different types of fruit have different health benefits, so it’s important to consider your needs before choosing a recipe.
