Lemon and lime ginger ale

You need:

  • 1 apple (remove the core and slice)
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • ½ inch fresh ginger (use less if it’s too strong)
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ lime
  • sparkling water

  • 1 cup sliced kale
  • 1 sliced English cucumber
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (cored and cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup green grapes (seedless)
  • ½ cup water

Place the kale, apple, grapes, cucumber and water in a blender. Blend together until smooth. Strain the juice if desired and add water. You can store this juice for up to two days in your fridge. Just remember to shake well before pouring a glass.

  • 2 soft pears (cored and cubed)
  • 1 apple (cored and cubed)
  • ½ cup cherries (remove the pits or purchase frozen cherries)

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 3 to 4 large kale leaves
