During the warmer months of the year, there is nothing better than a glass of fresh fruit juice. Apart from the fact that it’s a treat, fresh juice is also a great source of vitamins and minerals. Remember, you don’t need to use a single type of fruit in each batch. You can mix it up and create a delicious blend. Here are some recipes.
Lemon and lime ginger ale
- 1 apple (remove the core and slice)
- 1 handful of grapes
- ½ inch fresh ginger (use less if it’s too strong)
- ½ lemon
- ½ lime
- sparkling water
When making this delicious fresh fruit juice, you need to start by juicing the ginger and apple together. Next, add the rest of the fruit to your juicer and pour the juice into a large glass. Add sparkling water and mix. Pour into a glass over ice so that your juice is perfectly chilled.
- 1 cup chopped and peeled mango
- 1 cup chopped and peeled peaches

- 1 Granny Smith apple (cored and cut into chunks)
- 1 cup green grapes (seedless)
