Cocktails are delicious but not suitable for those who are underage or those who prefer not to consume alcohol. Fortunately, there are some amazing non-alcoholic cocktails that will more than satisfy your craving for a delicious beverage!
Watermelon and Orange Blossom

  • ½ watermelon
  • 4 – 6 tsp caster sugar
  • juice of 2 – 3 lemons
  • 2 tsp orange blossom water
  • crushed ice for serving

Cut the watermelon, remove the skin and as many seeds as possible. Run through the food processor along with the lemon juice, sugar, and orange blossom water. Add more sugar if needed. Strain to remove any large pieces and remaining seeds before pouring over crushed ice in a tall glass.
Pineapple and Lime

  • 750ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • small bunch coriander leaves
  • gold glitter (edible variety)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 400ml tonic water
  • ice

Use a pastry brush to dip in the honey and paint a line down one side of the tumbler, sprinkle the edible glitter over the honey. Allow any excess to fall off and place the glass in the fridge. Chop the coriander, place in a cocktail shaker with the lime juice, a handful of ice and 100ml of the pineapple juice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into your jug, add more ice, the rest of the pineapple juice, and the tonic water. This recipe makes 4.
Carrot and Lemon

  • 150g grated carrots
  • juice of 5 lemons
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 150g caster sugr
  • ice
  • sparkling water

Stir together the lemon juice, carrots, orange juice, and sugar in a bowl. Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Pour this mixture through a sieve into a jug. Add 25 – 50ml of this carrot mixture to a glass, add ice and top with sparkling water.
