Like a fruit salad, there are a number of delicious and nutritious fresh fruits that work wonders for your health. For a simple combination, blend apple and pear together. Orange, lemon, lime and some ginger if you like, will give you an extra boost of Vitamin C and so much more! Another great combo is pineapple, watermelon, orange, and spinach. Spice it up with a little cayenne if you like.
