Chocolate biscuits are popular for many people. As such, there are a number of variations of this recipe including this scrumptious hot chocolate biscuit recipe. With just a few basic ingredients, you can make these biscuits in no time!
Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups butter

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

3 ¼ cups flour

¾ cups cocoa
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 ¼ tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder
-
1 cup chocolate chips
-
1 cup mini marshmallows or chopped up marshmallows
Method:
- Heat your oven to 350°F

Beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a bowl with a mixure until fluffy.

Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Combine the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.

Gradually blend the dry mixture with the butter and egg mixture while slowly beating until the mixtures are blended.

Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate tips.

Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least one hour. You can chill for up to 24 hours which means that this mixture can be made in advance if need be.

Measure about 2 tablespoons of dough for each biscuit and drop on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Space your biscuits at least 2 inches apart.

Bake for about 9 to 11 minutes or until the edges of the biscuits start to brown.

Cool on the baking sheet for 5 mmnutes before transfering to wire racks to cool completely.
