Banana Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 100g butter and extra for greasing
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 100g muscovado sugar (light)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • Icing sugar, ice cream, and toffee sauce for serving if desired

  • To begin making this delicious banana recipe, you will need to begin by melting the butter in a 1-litre microwave safe bowl.
  • Next, add 1 ½ bananas and mash them into the melted butter.
  • Add cinnamon, sugar, eggs, flour and milk.

  • 140g self-raising flour
  • 2 mashed bananas (as ripe as possible)
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 50g icing sugar
  • dried banana chips to decorate (optional)

Directions:

  • For this banana recipe, you will need to heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Butter a 2lb loaf tin and line it with some parchment paper.

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 64g chocolate buttons
  • vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  • Before you begin making this banana recipe, you should preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Slit each of the bananas down the one side but avoid cutting all the way through.
  • Place your chocolate buttons along each slice.
  • Place each banana in some foil and wrap them up.
