Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups peaches (sliced)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 165 degrees C.
- Melt butter in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
- Blend the flour, baking powder, sugar and milk together in a bowl.
- Pour the batter over the butter in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the fruit on top of the batter and do NOT stir.
- Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
