Cranberry Sparkler
- 1 ½ oz blackberry puree
- 2 oz cranberry juice (white)
- 2 – 3 oz sparkling water
- mint for garnish
Place the cranberry juice and blackberry puree in a champagne flute. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Red Currant Bubbly
- 2 Tbsp red current puree
- Champagne or sparkling wine
Make sure that the puree and bubbly are both chilled before you begin. Place the red current puree in your flute glass. Slowly top with bubbly and enjoy!
Hibiscus Cosmopolitan
- Hibiscus iced tea
- 1 ½ cups vodka
- 1 cup sour mix
- 3 Tbsp orange-flavoured liqueur
- Ice cubes
Mix the iced tea, vodka, sour mix, and orange liqueur. Mix and transfer to a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Raspberry Chocolate Kiss
- ¼ cup mint-infused simple syrup
- 10 raspberries
- 2 Tbsp cranberry juice
- 3 chocolate cookies (crushed finely)
- ¼ cup vodka
- Ice cubes
Pour some simple syrup in a shallow dish and crushed cookies in another dish. Turn a martini glass upside down and dip the rim in the syrup before dipping in the crushed cookies. In a shaker with a muddler, place the raspberries and some simple syrup. Muddle together and then add vodka and cranberry juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into the martini glass and serve.
