While some might focus on the price tag of a Valentine’s Day gift, most of us are looking for something more personal. Even if you buy a Valentine’s Day hamper online for that special somebody, you can still add something to make it personal. Here are some great ideas to make any hamper a truly personal gift.
Include a photo
There are few things more sentimental than a lovely photo of you and your Valentine. Look for the best and most romantic picture of the two of you and don’t forget to choose the perfect frame too! You want your Valentine to be able to put it on display right away. If you buy a hamper that comes wrapped, you can still add a framed photo by carefully unwrapping the basket, adding the photo, and wrapping it all up again. For the most part, hampers often come wrapped in clear or colourful cellophane which is easy to wrap again or even replace if you happen to tear the wrapping.
Surprise proposal
If you would like to pop the question on this special day but you want to make sure that it’s a super special surprise, you can get your ring ready and add it to your hamper. You could even place a cuddly teddy bear in the middle and have him “hold” the ring box. If you can, have a tiny t-shirt made for the bear with the words “Will You Marry Me?” printed on it.

If you have been together for quite a while and you have managed to build up a collection of photos and videos, you could make your own video.
